Objectives of this Role:
- Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet the needs of the prospect.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
- Grow our client base in all 50 states.
- Be part of our company’s growth through own ideas and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
- Pipeline management: maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and ensure Hubspot is kept up-to-date.
- Self-source: make outbound calls and emails daily.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate strategies that fit their needs.
- Build urgency within their own organization on issues they don’t know they have.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
What You'll Bring:
- GREAT verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fast learner, someone that will be able to learn our processes and implement them consistently.
- Experience in sales or telemarketing is a MUST.
- Good internet, headset, and space to work from home.
- Home improvement experience is a BIG PLUS.
