Objectives of this Role:
Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet the needs of the prospect.
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
Grow our client base in all 50 states.
Be part of our company’s growth through own ideas and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
Pipeline management: maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and ensure Hubspot is kept up-to-date.
Self-source: make outbound calls and emails daily.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate strategies that fit their needs.
Build urgency within their own organization on issues they don’t know they have.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
What You'll Bring:
GREAT verbal and written communication skills in English.
Fast learner, someone that will be able to learn our processes and implement them consistently.
Experience in sales or telemarketing is a MUST.
Good internet, headset, and space to work from home.
Home improvement experience is a BIG PLUS.
$8-$10/ hr + lucrative commission plan
